Advancing Nursing Opportunity Together
Uplifting Communities Through Care
A Legacy of Nursing Empowerment

Inspired by Carolyn Perry's Vision
The Carolyn D. Williams Perry Nursing Workforce Foundation was established to honor the legacy of Carolyn D. Williams Perry, a nurse who dedicated her life to advancing the nursing profession through education, community service, and lifelong learning.
Inspired by her belief that everyone deserves access to quality nursing education, the Foundation supports aspiring and practicing nurses by expanding opportunities through education, mentorship, and community engagement, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their professional goals.
Continuing Her Mission Forward
The Carolyn D. Williams Perry Nursing Workforce Foundation empowers current and future nursing professionals through scholarships, financial assistance, mentorship, workforce development, and career readiness programs. By reducing barriers to education and supporting nurses returning to practice, the Foundation helps strengthen the healthcare workforce across Texas.
Working alongside healthcare employers, colleges, schools, and community organizations, the Foundation expands opportunities for underserved communities while addressing local nursing shortages. Through collaboration and community engagement, it continues Carolyn Perry's legacy of compassion, education, and equitable access to professional growth.
